Senior Property Manager
Terrie is an experienced property manager with over 2 years of experience in the industry with a wide array of expertise in transaction management, lease management, property management and key account management. Prior to joining Fifth Corner, she was responsible for managing a 9-asset portfolio consisting of over 2.5 million square feet of shopping center space leased to over 250 different tenants within the central region of the United States. Her responsibilities include managing the day to day-to-day operations of properties, monitoring and approving all expenditures, overseeing capital projects, communicating with tenants, and being an overall ambassador of Fifth Corner to the community.
