Brianna is a seasoned property manager with 15 years of experience managing various property types including office complexes, power centers, grocery anchored shopping centers and neighborhood shopping centers. Prior to joining Fifth Corner, she was responsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of 20 properties representing approximately one-million square feet located throughout the Houston market. Her responsibilities included managing the daily operations of the portfolio, conducting physical inspections, monitoring and approving all expenditures ensuring expenses are within budgeted amounts, developing annual operating budgets, reviewing financial reports and communicating with tenants and owners.
