Michelle is a seasoned property management professional with almost 20 years of experience overseeing retail and mixed-use assets across the Houston market and beyond. Her background spans institutional ownership groups and private real estate firms, giving her a comprehensive understanding of day-to-day operations, tenant relations, construction coordination, budgeting, and long-term asset performance.

Before joining Fifth Corner as Senior Property Manager, Michelle spent over nine years with Brixmor Property Group, where she progressed through roles from Property Manager to Senior Property Manager to Tenant Coordinator. In these positions, she managed daily property operations, conducted routine inspections, coordinated tenant build-outs, supported capital projects, reviewed financial reports, and acted as a key liaison between tenants, vendors, and ownership teams.

Prior to Brixmor, Michelle held property management roles with RPAI (Retail Properties of America, Inc.), Inland American Retail Management, LLC, and Richland Investments. Across these positions, she was responsible for maintaining operational excellence across retail portfolios, managing vendor relationships, preparing and monitoring annual operating budgets, and ensuring a high-quality experience for both tenants and ownership groups.

Michelle brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach rooted in strong communication, proactive problem solving, and a commitment to well-operated, community-focused retail environments.
