Julie brings nearly two decades of commercial property management experience, overseeing retail portfolios for some of the industry’s leading owners and operators. Throughout her career, she has managed a diverse range of shopping centers, collaborating with ownership groups, tenants, vendors, and brokerage teams to maximize asset performance and deliver exceptional property operations.

Prior to joining Fifth Corner, Julie held property management leadership roles with Brixmor Property Group, Sealy & Company, EDENS, and Regency Centers, where she gained extensive experience in financial management, tenant relations, capital projects, budgeting, and day-to-day asset operations. Her operational expertise and commitment to building strong tenant and client relationships make her a valuable resource across the Fifth Corner portfolio.
