Job Summary 

The Analyst is responsible for all assisting the asset management and investment team in all aspects of portfolio management, acquisitions and dispositions. They will work extensively with the Managing Partners to establish redevelopment plans, hold periods and ensure investment objectives are met. 

Responsibilities 

• Property and portfolio budgets Acquisition underwriting Disposition analysis 
• Feasibility analysis 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree; finance or real estate emphasis is preferred 
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ARGUS 
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills as well as be detail oriented 
• Self-motivated, team player, good work ethic, integrity 

Job Summary
The Real Estate Leasing Agent is responsible for leasing our Fifth Corner portfolio and ensuring the optimal merchandising mix, occupancy and performance for our investors. The candidate will work closely with our executive management team and be the face of Fifth Corner to the tenant, tenant representative, and brokerage community.

Responsibilities

• Lease Fifth Corner portfolio of properties
• Maintain strong relationships in the tenant and brokerage community
• Oversee communication of leasing opportunities through industry marketing channels
• Solicit and secure ideal tenants
• Provide market surveys of competitive properties

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-5 years of leasing experience, in-house or third party
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and lease contracts
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills as well as be detail oriented
• Self-motivated, team player, good work ethic, integrity
