Investor Relations Analyst

Role Overview
Fifth Corner is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support the expansion of our capital platform as we continue to grow our retail portfolio across the Southeast. This role will help deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, RIAs, and institutional investors by managing outreach, reporting, onboarding workflows, and capital communications.
Working closely with senior leadership, this person will play a key role in communicating performance across retail assets and funds, supporting investor experience, and helping scale internal processes as we expand our footprint as a retail owner/operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an integrated database of investors across verticals (HNW, family office, RIA, institutional)
- Conduct outreach to prospective and existing investors
- Curate messaging, updates, and thought pieces for investor communications
- Analyze historical fund and property performance data and prepare reporting metrics
- Support internal sales initiatives and client service efforts
- Coordinate onboarding activities and investor relations workflows
- Assist with Fund Management functions such as capital calls, investor rosters, and tracking
- Support planning and execution of client relations events and investor experiences
- Manage consultant relationships
- Maintain and update 3rd-party databases
Required Strengths + Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:
- Degree in Finance or related field from a Tier-1 program
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to build trust, rapport, and long-term relationships
- Familiarity with institutional investment verticals (RIA, SFO, endowment, pension, etc.) preferred
- Prior experience in private equity, real estate investment, or investment sales a plus
- Demonstrated track record in client service and investor communication
Senior Accountant

Role Overview
Fifth Corner is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the continued growth of our corporate platform and retail portfolio across the Southeast. As the firm expands its funds, entities, and properties, this role will be instrumental in maintaining our high standard of internal and external financial reporting.
Working closely with the Controller, Property Accountant(s), and senior leadership, this position will play a key role in corporate accounting, property-level review, compliance reporting, and the development of scalable systems to support long-term growth as an owner-operator.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly close for non-property entities, including Fifth Corner and affiliated funds and entities
- Assist in the monthly review of property-level financials for single-purpose entities
- Perform quarterly debt and REIT compliance testing and reporting
- Support financial diligence and underwriting for new property acquisitions
- Partner with the Controller to develop, maintain, and improve automated budgets and forecasts across corporate and property portfolios
- Assist with annual audits and tax compliance
- Support and help oversee Property Accountant(s) as the team grows
- Contribute as a collaborative team member, supporting accounting and reporting needs as required
Required Strengths + Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who is highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and driven by integrity. This role requires strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced real estate environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 2–5 years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or real estate
- Working knowledge of MRI and/or Yardi
- Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, solutions-driven approach
